BELINA CAR lets you browse available cars, view special offers and reviews, use an on-device price calculator, and contact us via WhatsApp or email. The app does not include in-app purchases or account sign-in.
We do not collect personal or sensitive user data in the app. If you choose to contact us, the information you include in your email or WhatsApp message (e.g., name, preferred dates, car model) is provided by you and is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
The app does not request device permissions (no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage). It uses standard Android intents to open your email app, WhatsApp, and Google Maps when you tap the relevant buttons.
When you submit a booking from the app, your default mail app opens with a pre-filled draft addressed to booking@belinacar.it.com. The app does not send or store this information; it stays in your mail account and in our inbox after you send it.
When you tap the WhatsApp button, the app opens WhatsApp to our business number +212 725 601 041. Your message and any subsequent conversation remain in WhatsApp; the app does not access or collect this content.
The price calculator runs entirely on your device. It does not transmit any data.
The “Contact & Location” button opens a Google Maps link to our location. The app does not access your device location and does not collect location data.
When you use WhatsApp, your mail app, or Google Maps, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This app does not embed analytics/ads SDKs and does not transmit data to our servers.
We do not store data inside the app. If you contact us, your message may be retained in our email inbox or WhatsApp chat history for customer support and record-keeping, and will be deleted or archived when no longer needed.
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
To request access or deletion of messages you sent us, please email privacy@belinacar.it.com. Messages in your mail/WhatsApp accounts can be deleted by you at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be available inside the app and on our website privacy page.
